Have just joined. Been brewing wine for some time from kits.
Am considering trying something from scratch or just homemade.
Haven't done that and it seems interesting. If there is anyone making a red wine that goes good with a nice steak I am open to suggestions.
Or if anyone thinks it is best just to stay with the kits, your opinion is welcome.
Lots of reading to do -- this site is alive and well.
