White soap like stuff in fermenter

Please help I have a white soap like stuff on the top of the fermentor, when I pit my sypher in it clumps up. Never had this before. It smells sour, I love sour beers but not sure about this. Please help

It's definitely a contamination. It if tastes good, it's worth bottling (but keep the bottles somewhere safe just in case they keep fermenting with the microbes that have taken hold). It it tastes bad, it's a dumper.
 
your first pellicle, woooo!

if you keg, rack it and drink fast. keep it as cold as you're able.

if you bottle, dump it. by the time it carbs, the flavor will be yucko.
 
and uber-sanitize all buckets, spigots, hoses and siphons. Use starsan and iodophor and bleach and uv and radioactive spiders if you have them

And do a no chill batch after that. Boiling wort acts as a decent sanitizer.
