I brewed a 5 gallon all grain wheat, and my buddy requested that I infuse it with strawberry. I went down to the local supply store and purchased 5oz of strawberry extract and pitched it into the primary just before transfer to the keg. I have to say that the flavor is awful... Any advise on saving this batch?
