I am going to be getting a kit as soon as I return home and was wondering if anyone has any insight into what will be best. I am looking to make mostly beer but would also like to try to make some applejack.Applejack being pressed apples or apple juice aged until its aclchoholic. Not sure what its called but had it once and it was awesome. Is there a specific kit for this or are they all relatively the same.Any help would be appreciated.
