What psi to carb root beer?

I was browsing some supply sites and came across a CO2 regulator that said was for carbonating soda. It said to be a higher psi regulator. Now I plan on eventually making root beer for the kids and from what I have read 30-40psi is the normal carbonating pressure. So I should be good to go with an average regulator right? I don't believe I need this special one.

30 psi or so is all you need- you don't need a special high pressure regulator.

I use the below regulator since I have only one CO2 tank. I have one tap reserved for root beer and keep it at 30 PSI.

Was thinking of that route also, but I wanted to have it where I could carb a keg beer while serving another. What I think I may do is keep the single gauge regulator that's coming with kit and use one these:

If I had a single gauge regulator I would go that route as well.
