Hi,
My name is Jesse, been homebrewing for about a year. started with the Mr.beer kit....made 3 beers that aggravated me with the taste. Moved up to mini mash 5 gallon and made a few not to share with friends, one awesome clone of Punk IPA by Brewdogs a few other decent hefeweizens. I now have an imperial ipa bottle conditioning, my own wild idea to make an ipa hefeweizen summer ale hybrid bottle conditioning, a chocolate porter in secondary and a pumpkin milk stout in primary. I've watched all the brewing TV episodes and i'm almost finished with John palmer's how to brew. My question is how do I take an all grain recipe and make it a mini mash. These are the grains and amounts. 5.3 lbs pilsner malt, 5.3 lbs light munich malt, 12 Oz 20L crystal malt.
Thank you everyone that can assist
