I do a simple two step mash-sparge. What mash setting should I have the software on for this procedure?

Many thanks in advance...

by simple two-step mash-sparge, you probably mean a "single infusion, batch sparge." Single infusion means you add the mash water to the grain all at once. Batch sparge means you add the sparge water in larger batches, as opposed to fly sparging, where the sparge water is sprinkled onto the grain bed over a period of time.

So, "single infusion, medium body, batch sparge" is the setting you would use most of the time. Light body or heavy body changes the temperature of the mash in the setting.
