Hello, thanks to everyone for all the ideas on developing my brew rig.
Although it is still in development its getting there! If anyone has any ideas on how I can improve it or have any questions or want any pics, let me know.

Do you think I need a 30A shutoff switch? or is using the gfci button to turn off the kettle safe enough?
 
i should be "safe enough" but a pain? i'm sure! for ease you can get a switch for sure.

the rig looks awesome though, 'grats!
 
I really only turn it on at beginning, off when I hit mash temp, on to boil, then off when im done. so its not that big of a deal, but Maybe all the switching will wear out the breaker switch too fast?
 
I use one of THESE to hoist and hold my bag up. Works like a charm.
