Coopers sparkling ale OG?

Hi.

Just started my 3rd batch and it is a sparkling ale. When I measured the OG it was just 1.040? Is this about right?

1.040-1.046 is about right. you could look on the Cooper's site to check it. http://www.coopers.com.au/
