So I just received my final package in the mail: 2 ounces of Wormwood, cut and sifted. I now have Sweet Gale, Yarrow, Wormwood, and Marsh Rosemary.

I also have Sacred and Herbal Healing Beers in my possession. My intent it to brew a mild ale with a bit of sweetness and use the wild herbs to (obviously) preserve, bitter, and flavor the beer in balance with the sweetness.

I am thinking 2 ounces of each should be enough, with half going in at 30 minutes and adding the remained at flameout. Primary to ferment, secondary to clear it a bit, then bottle and let sit for quite a while.

Any recommendations for a solid extract + specialty English Mild recipe?
