So I was brewing another batch of beer yesterday and when I was done I went to put it in the fermentation chamber. While putting it in I hit another carboy and kind of shook it. That beer has been sitting in there for 10 days with no visible activity in about 5 days. But this morning it was bubbling the air lock again. Did I inadvertently kick off fermentation again when bumping it?
