Blueberry hard lemonade (Skeeter Pee). Majority vote won to not use skeeter pee name, although I will someday. They just instantly get grossed out lol

This is my Pineapple and Mix fruit wines


Seams it really does get better with time . The real truth is I am working on leaving them in the carboy untill clear. I bottled some in half gallon bottles and see the rest settle out. Than bottle/rack it in to last bottle. But why I can't just let it settle out in carboys?

First two are Edwort's Apfelwein, the big bottle is a mix of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries. Both are dry and tart.

I know right. I have a kitchen cupboard and the entry to a spare room, I make such a mess in the kitchen but my ol; lady don't mind...it's for a good cause!
