mold and star san

Just finished bottling a batch for gifts for father's day, and noticed when rinsing container I mixed star San in, had 2 tiny splotches of mod size of pins in it. I guess I didn't check and clean it well enough before mixing. Am I completely screwed on this batch? Rinsed the bottles and caps in the star San in different vessel. Thanks

I would say you have nothing to worry about. The Starsan will kill anything that came from the mold spots.
