Pitched Safbrew WB-06 into a hefeweizen eight days ago and the blow-off tube is still bubbling.
I'm so used to Nottingham which gives you a few days of vigorous airlock activity, it's kind of cool to see a different yeast in action.
Bubbled about every 5 seconds for the first week, now it's every 20 seconds or so, but it's consistent.

Bottled tonight, and I gotta admit this yeast is very impressive.
Final gravity ended up a bit lower than anticipated at right around 1.006 giving me a 6.26% Hefeweizen.
Vibrant color and an initial aroma/flavor profile teetering between classic Bavarian Hefe & a mild Witbier.

For what it's worth It was in primary for 3 weeks, and kept between 60-65 degrees.
