Hello from Nebraska, you've likely flown over my head at least once...
I'm learning, reading ("Joy of Home Brewing", and here of course) and very much looking forward to learning this craft. I have yet to even get a starter kit let alone decide exactly where to start! Having said that, I've found that my favorite micro-ish brew is "Watch Man" IPA by Empyrean in Lincoln, NE... Am hoping that eventually I can create and tune a recipe myself that will be wonderful indeed!
I'll be there but in the meantime, and long after, I look forward to learning from you guys and gals.
