These are the yeasts I have harvested and available in the fridge. Does anyone have experience making a belgian IPA with either of these? Enjoyable commercial examples include New Belgium's Belgo IPA, Piraat, and Houblon Chouffe (with Wyeast 3522, I know).

Knowing these, would one work best over the other? Thanks.

WLP550 would be a good choice (I've used it for a rye Belgian pale). I would think 3711 would yield similar results.

Interesting. I see Flying Dog Raging ***** often calls for WLP400. Perhaps 410 would work there as well.
