I know doing a full boil is supposed to be a lot better than doing a partial boil but I am limited due to kitchen space. For the past 5 brews I've done 2.5-3 gallon boils and topped off in the fermentor. I was wondering if there would be any benefit to cutting the recipe in half and doing two 2.5 gallon boils simultaneously and combining them vs. just topping up with bottled water.
