I highly recommend Mohawk Bend, Eagle Rock Brewery and Sunset Beer!

Where in SoCal? Downtown LA? OC? San Diego? Big difference on our recommendations, as it's a big place...

We'll be flying into LAX and the wedding is in the Santa Barbara area. I don't know how much time I will have to visit actual breweries but I will definitely be hitting up a Total Wine and More.

You have to hit the Brewhouse it's in Santa Barbara, near the beach 3 blocks or so inland, Good food and great beer, it's off the beaten path in a semi residential area near State St, they were on the program "Drinking made Easy" here's the link: http://www.brewhousesb.com/
oh yea and you have to try St. Barb's dubbel it's fantastic!!

Another would be Telegraph Brewery also in SB they have a tasting room only open Thurs, Fri & Sat,

If you have a rental car and have time to make a short trip to Buellton Firestone Walker has Taproom Restaurant some good brews on tap link: http://www.firestonebeer.com/tap-room-restaurant/buellton.php Hope that helps!

Those are excellent suggestions. SoCal is huge, so where you are makes quite a difference in what you actually have access to. I'd also suggest Ladyface in Agoura, which is pretty much on the way from LAX to SB. They do a lot of Belgian stuff and their food is great.
