Equipment for 400L brewing

Hi everyone,
I've been doing all grain brewing on a small scale at home and I'm now looking to go bigger and build a small brewery or brewing room to get to about 400L a month.

Could you guys list some links or websites where I can read up a little on the paraphernalia and setup I need? I want to stay as close to a artesian brewing as possible, meaning not an industrial type of beer or process.

400L per month -- but how often are you wanting to brew? If you don't mind brewing 2-3 batches per week, you could do this with a 10 gallon setup.

I would want to brew one or twice a week at the most to start with.
