I made a lager 7 weeks ago. Had it in primary @ 45F for 3 weeks and then moved it to a secondary @ 35F for 4 weeks. The last week or so it has started bubbling again, but I was getting ready to bottle it tonight. Should I let it go longer or just go ahead and bottle it? It doesn't appear to be infected, so not sure what may have caused it to start up again.

Is the gravity stable and unchanged? If so then you can bottle. Pressure and temperature changes or a simple bump of the vessel can cause CO2 to come out of suspension and cause the airlock to bubble as the gas escapes.

Checked the gravity and it was the same as right before I put it in secondary and got it lagering. Went ahead and bottled last night. Had a small sample, tasted pretty good so hoping for the best when it's ready!
