FYI that is just the coupler, and they usually are sold with the gas and/or side tailpiece and tail nut.

By looking I think that is a chromed brass off brand D coupler

Fourseason, I think I've got 1 of these exact couplers sitting in my pantry not being used. It came with a kegerater conversion kit I bought for some reason. I can take pics this evening for you, but I'd let it go for cheap. PM to let me know. Thanks.
