Based on what's in my inventory, what should I brew this weekend?

I want to brew again this weekend, but I am having a bit of "brewer's block".
I just took inventory last night, and am wondering what I should brew. I'm leaning towards a pale ale or IPA. I want to brew 10 gallons. Here's what I have, I welcome suggestions.

HOPS:
Approx 12 oz Columbus Leaf
Approx 5 oz Cascade leaf
Approx 5 oz Centennial Leaf
Approx 12 oz Centennial pellets
Approx 10 oz Appollo Leaf
1/2 oz phonix pellets
1/2 oz EGk pellets
1 oz Challenger pellets

Grains:
20 lbs Crystal 60
100 pounds 2 row
30 lbs Munich 1
20 pounds roasted barley
20 pounds black patent
10 pounds light wheat
20 pounds amber malt
10 pounds Vienna
2o pounds rauch malt

yeast:

Wyeast English 1968
Conan.

I'll make a 4000ml starter.
