Hey guys...
Its been forever since I've been on the site... I have been out of brewing for almost 1.5 years now and I miss it dearly! But you know the story... Man sees house, man buys house. Man sinks all his money into house. House takes over life!
Any how... I took apart my huge kegerator that I could fit 14 kegs in, and am down grading to a simple Danby DAR440BL.
I am looking to put it recessed into a wall in my house... like this:
I already built the location to fit a Beverage Air UR20GE and I'm coming up a little short in the height department unfortunately... Only about 1/2 an inch
I am wondering if the legs on the fridge come off completely and might give me a lower height. I have ample side and rear clearance for coils to dissipate heat.
My goal is to run a tap through the front of the door and also keep some special bottles of beer in their as well...
Any help on a real-world height of this fridge would be helpful.
Thanks,
Jay
