I recently taste tested the very first beer that I have ever made. I made a rookie mistake and forgot to get an OG, if I send someone a couple bottles can they tell me the alcohol content?...it has a strong alcohol flavor, reminds me of dragons milk but not as dark.
High alcohol content beer?

What was the grainbill/recipe? We can plug it into a software like Beersmith and get an approx OG.
Yea, thats part of the problem...I know what whole grain kit I used, and that I added a pound of brown sugar...but I don't know how well I did on the mashing process...it is literally my first batch and accidentally got the all grain batch...I don't know know just thought someone might be able to tell if I sent them some?
just by tasting it, there isn't a way to be very accurate. I know there are places online that will test it for u for a price.
