Not sure if this is a DIY Project or an Equipment/Sanitation issue, but if you like to store your plastic carboys dry, here's an easy way to do it without having to buy anything, provided you have (a) a brew hauler or similar carboy carrier and (b) a hanger and a couple carabiners or a pants/skirt hanger with clips. I would only do this with a plastic carboy or better bottle, I'd be scared of a glass one falling. It's pretty simple, but I figured since they sell plastic carboy dryers, some people might find this useful, and it worked well for me - better than leaving it sitting upside down in a bucket.
