Yo! Long time lurker, finally signed up though and figured I'd at least post the cursory hello. I've brewed off and on for about 15 years but just recently got back in to all grain with a 10.5 Anvil Foundry. Still figuring out the system (lots of reading here on this forum that has helped!) but so far I'm really happy with it. Should have the first beer on tap in the next couple weeks and look forward to brewing regularly again. Thanks in advance for all the helpful information on this forum, not sure I'll be able to contribute but I'll do what I can. And if you're in the upstate area let me know!
