Trying to upload my homemade spreadsheet says invalid file

I wanted to share/ receive feedback on my own homemade spreadsheet brewing calculator but am not able to upload it. It keeps saying "invalid file". What file type will allow me to upload it to homebrewtalk? Thanks

The file types below are allowed. You would either need to find third-party hosting for your file or rename the the extension to one of these and make sure the use knows that they'll have to change it back to (xls or xlsx).
