no late addition hops?I brewed something like this:
Batch size: 23 litres
Pale Malt (2 Row): 5KG
Flaked oats: 1KG
Boil time: 60 min
Mash time: 120 min
Amarillo: 25gm at 15 min boil
Mosaic: 50gm at 30 min boil
Dry hop after 7 days with:
Mosaic: 50gm
Amarillo: 50gm
Beer Finnings: 2 days prior to bottling
The beer smelled divine and just enough bitterness. Finnings helped it make much clearer

I normally ferment at high temperatures as I only have a swamp cooler and all aromas are lost during fermentation. So I rather prefer dry hops only.no late addition hops?

Thank you! What about bittering hops?? And 5% carafoam and 5% c10?Times change.
This beer used to be made with Rahr 2-Row, Carafoam, and C10. The hop ratios are 50:50 Mosaic to Amarillo in WP. 75:25 Mosaic to Amarillo in the DH.
