Planning on doing my second all-grain, fourth total beer this weekend. Since I'll be brewing on Mother's Day, and I have two baby girls, I decided to call it "Mother's D'Ale". It's based on Brulosopher's Blonde Ale (http://beersmithrecipes.com/viewrecipe/17560/brulosophers-best-blonde-ale) but I want to move the 25 min Cascade to FWH:

8 lbs 4.0 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 1 84.6 %
12.0 oz White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 2 7.7 %
8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 15L (15.0 SRM) Grain 3 5.1 %
4.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 4 2.6 %
0.25 oz Cascade [7.70 %] - First Wort 60.0 min Hop 5 6.7 IBUs
0.25 oz Galena [13.20 %] - Boil 55.0 min Hop 6 11.3 IBUs
0.25 oz Cascade [7.70 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 7 2.2 IBUs
0.25 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [15.20 %] - Boil 10.0 min Hop 8 4.8 IBUs
0.25 oz Cascade [7.70 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 9 1.2 IBUs
1.0 pkg German Ale/Kolsch (White Labs #WLP029) [35.49 ml] Yeast 10 -

Does that sound good? I'm sure I'll have to substitute the 15L with something else (66% 10L + 34% 20L?)...

Cheers! :mug:
