Long time lurker, first time poster

Hi

A quick hello from here in Glasgow. This site has been a great source of info!

I'm now onto my third brew. Well, technically forth but my last one I didn't fix the tap properly on my brew bucket and I ended up covering myself and my kitchen in 5 gallons of bitter trying to fix it!
