This makes zero sense to me

I'm calculating my strike water temperature for this morning with Beersmith.

Why when I lower the temperature of my grains and MLT does the corresponding temperature of my strike water also go down??

Shouldn't the temp. of my strike water go UP as the starting temp of the grains and tun go DOWN??

Very confused. Please assist. Thanks!
