Hi! I got a crazy idea to make a wheat beer and then add saison yeast (3711). I have tweaked a little on "Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen", added a little more wheat and pilsner. And also a little rye, for a little spicy taste.

Wheat saison
Batch size: 5,5 gallons
og.1,52-1,65 ,Fg. ?
56% wheat 7,3 lbs
32% Pilsner 4,2 lbs
12% Rye 1,5 lbs
65 c - 90 min, 76 c - 12 min
0.75 oz hallertauer, 45 min
0.25 oz hallertauer, 15 min
Wyeast 3711 (french saison)
Any thoughts?
