Hey guys, figured I'd stop lurking and create an account ( don't ask about the username... it's a long story that I may tell later ).
Just started brewing, myself and my wife have created just 1 beer so far, a 5g cooper's Real Ale that turned out alright, 4.5% and drinkable, definite room for improvement. Just got our toes wet and ready to jump in to a full blown home brewery.

Here's the first beer; have 36 500ml bottles of it.
