stir plate electrical help

Ladies and gents,
I need a little bit of help and or advice. I have nearly assembled my stir plate that was copied after MrSaLTy's design. I have e-mailed him on this forum. I'm not being impatient mind you, just am hoping for more input.

Okay here's the question: After looking over the schematic where does the wiring for the on/off switch go? This puzzles me. An electrical engineer I'm not. But I just can't figure out how the wiring for the on/off switch will go. My circuit board and wiring are all the same as his. Any info to this dilemma will be very appreciated.

Put the switch between the positive lead from the power supply and the power input on the speed controller board.

The (-) goes directly to the fan, The (+) gets daisy chained through the switch, the rheostat and then the fan.
