Status update on what may eventually become "Kettle pH Made Easy"

I promised that I would update publicly once this project hit the Beta level, and some independent Alpha/Beta Tester results have now come in. Currently there are 4 separate and fully independent of such tester results stemming from later stage Alpha releases and Beta 1.00 as follow:

Targeted 5.10 pH and hit a measured 5.11 pH
Targeted 5.20 pH and hit a measured 5.22 pH
Targeted 5.10 pH and hit a measured 5.06 pH
Targeted 5.15 pH and hit a measured 5.20 pH

To avoid the potential for my own conformation bias I have remained out of the testing process.

Targeted 5.10 pH and hit a measured 5.02 pH

This was an unusual batch that involved the late use of 80 g. of Sinamar, which brings its own acidity along with it.
