So I couldn’t get all parts in time for my upcoming brew where I want to ferment under slight pressure in a keg.
I do have a spunding valve but no gauge, can I just connect it to an empty keg and screw it to adjust it to say 5-10psi by applying that amount of pressure from my CO2 connected regulator to that keg? If you guys get what I mean?
Will this work? I want to dry hop at yeast pitch and keep all the aroma inside, so I don’t need a very precise psi just over 5 but not high enough to negatively affect fermentation.
Thanks for any help!
