I'd like to make a strong (10-15% ABV) winter warmer / strong ale / barleywine. Something that I can age for a few months and will be good for Christmastime.

Anyone have any good All Grain recipes?

I have one in primary right now. Can't say if it's good or not. I took someones' Wee Heavy and took out the peated barley and scottish yeast and cranked it up. My first attempt used White Labs Cali Ale (WLP001) yeast cake. But the mash went horribly wrong and the brew went down the drain. The second attempt used a US-05 yeast cake. Once the gravity hit 1.080, I pitched a 2 liter starter of White Labs High gravity ale yeast.

OG: 1.140

Final Gravity: 1.033

ABV: 14.06%

IBU (tinseth): 66.76

SRM (morey): 25.52
