I have a blow off tube on my barly wine right now and it's in a sanitized glass secondary just wondering if I need to put a sanitized solution in the secondary or if it ok how it is dry

The end of the blowoff tube needs to be submerged in some sanitizing solution. Open exposure to the air is where things can happen.

Should I just pour some sanitized solution in there it had some liquid from the foam that already made its way in

Yes. Make sure the end of the tubing is submerged completely, so you can fill it up quite a bit with water and some sanitizer. Or, get something smaller (like a growler), and sanitize that and use that for your blow off water and stick the tube in there.

Thanks for the info just poured a solution in there it's bubbling away
