getting ready to do my first AG brew, would anyone like to look this over and see if I am set up correctly before I brew? I have a 10 gallon cooler w a false bottom for mash tun, and a 10 gallon kettle w spigot/valve and a straight mesh tube on the inside from valve. Planning on batch sparging for now.
