Ok I have read many pages of the Brewing Water Chem. Primer thread as I was having some weirdly bitter tasting beers sometimes. I went to the store and got 100% RO water to see if that could be the issue. I am brewing a Scottish Ale tomorrow and was wondering if this water addition would be ok for the recipe:

Grain Bill:
7.7 oz Crystal 80
7.7 oz Crystal 20
5.8 oz Crystal 120
8lbs Maris Otter
.85 oz East Kent Goldings 60Min
Scottish Ale Yeast

Water:
8.33 Gallons RO water for 5 gallon batch
6.6 Grams Gypsum
6.25 Grams Calc Chloride
.5 oz Suarmalz

Estimates from EZ Water Calc:
5.42 PH
102 Calcium
96 Chloride
117 Sulfate
.82 Chloride/Sulfate Balance

I am aiming for a sweeter beer with no hop bitterness.

Thanks!
