Yes, thank you. I was halfway through creating them myself when I found this post.

I really wish Brad would open up Beersmith more for all of us to collaborate with user submitted content like this. There are a lot of malts, yeasts and hops that have come out since the last Beersmith update.

Go the the Beersmith website and search for how to import ingredients .BSMX files. There are instructions there.

I just tried adding to their bsmx files today. doesn't show up on the recipe page for adding stuff. Brad e-mailed me back in minutes. I had to go to ADD-ONS>LOOK & FEEL>CHECK MENU BOX. This brings the menu back across the top of the window. Hit INGREDIENTS to add things of your own. As of BS2 or 2.1 on up,you can goto ADD-ONS>PLUS SIGN. a lil window pops in with a ton of the lates add-ons for grains,hops,recipes,etc...even Cooper's cans with SRM,etc.
