Book suggestion

I am a young new brewer that has but one brew under his belt. I was wandering if any of you could suggest a book that might take my brewing to the next level.

Yeast
Hops....in fact the entire series of these books are excellent reference material

I don't think the Hops book is of much use to most brewers. But Gordon Strongs "Brewing Better Beer" is.
