Caught the Homebrew bug about 11 years ago.
Like most extract Stove top, then one thing lead to another.

I build most of my equipment. Got to do something useful after going to Georgia Tech, US Coast Guard EM, USNR AE and 36 years food industry engineer and maintenance.

Won several 2nd and 3rd Place ribbons in Homebrew contest in Georgia.

I have a blended family with 7 children (30-43 years old) and 9 grandchildren
Wonderful wife that supports my Homebrewing
Looking to retire in the next year or so and would like to work part time in a Brewery.

I works well for me, I used Stainless quick unions so it’s fairly easy to take apart.

This started out as a 3 Tier for several years but I couldn’t quit tinkering with it making it a little easier for me (back issues) to move around
