I have 10-12 ozs of FAlconer's Flight hops in my freezer. I gotta use it up this weekend. Somebody shoot me a malt profile that might be nice for a pale ale or an APA(partial mash). Whatever. I feel like taking risks! I'll use a yeast that I grew from a few bottles of Two Hearted.

I know you said pale ale.... but, i use it a lot in amber ales and really like it.

something along the lines of:
9lbs 2 row
3lbs munich
1lb crystal 80
any extra dark malts to get to SRM of 13 or so.
I like some wheat and flaked oats in my ambers..... maybe half pound of each.
Bitter with magnum or something..... FF for 15-5-0-dry

for a pale ale... I go general with something along the lines of
10lb 2 row
1lb crystal 40
.5 lb wheat
maybe a pound of munich in there as well
acid malt... 2-4 ounces if you need it for mash pH

I go through about 2 lbs of FF a year..... pretty big fan.
