Hi All,
I have a summer wheat ale in the secondary fermenter and I am noticing it cloudier that previous batches I have made. No "off flavor" so I don't believe its an sterilization issue. I have heard that to improve clarity, one can add a cup of gelation/water to the secondary without imparting any funky flavors....
Any truth to this or am I flirting with disater?
