2.8 lb. briess pale
.13 lb. briess carmel

1 oz. mosaic hop (40 min)
1 oz. mosaic hop (15 min)
1 oz. mosaic hop (flame out)
1 oz. mosaic hop (dry hop 14 days)
1 oz. mosaic hop (dry hop 7 days)
1 oz. mosaic hop (dry hop 5 days)
8 oz. honey ( 40 min.)
this beer is bomb diggity loved it mosaic are great great floral hops that are amazing and this beer really captures how great mosaic hops are!
 
5gl batch with 35lbs of 2 row? Must be a typo.

I did a similar brew with all Mosiac and it turned out fantastic! Mosaic is my new favorite hop. I'm currently brewing a Mosiac/Simcoe IPA, should also be a winner.
 
.13 lbs of caramel is also a little strange. He must really be enjoying his ipa.
 
Sorry fixed the typo. Also iv been brewing a while now i dont go by even weights just kind of eye ball grain and add them in hence the .13lb of caramel grain. A very taste beer. Thats if you like mosaic
 
Isn't 2-row equivalent to pale? Do you mean pale ALE (similar to Marris Otter)?
