In specific, I am using Bru'n water, but what profile should I use for a Belgian Blonde? I was going to just go with Yellow Balanced but is there something better?

Yellow balanced would suit it nicely I think. Second closest would be Yellow malty. I usually adjust my water to color profiles instead of specific regions since we have no idea how local brewers treated their water.

I use the Yellow Balanced for mine and am very happy with the way it turns out. Attenuates nicely and finishes below 1.010 with a nice crisp finish.
