Started brewing in the late 80s. Went All grain in mid 90s. Brewed fairly regularly - about once a month- until 2006 (or 2007). Brewed 2 batches since. Getting ready to retire and looking to start up again in earnest. Most of my equipment eeds ot be upgraded so I will focus on that first. So much has changed for the better over the past few years!
