That takes stacking in a corner in about 2 square feet. You can even use the boxes the bottles come in. My house is small and I regularly have 40 gallons in a closet between fermenting and conditioning.

We still use the closet for our clothes.

worried about getting busted by your parents?

seriously tho, not sure what to tell you. the hobby requires a minimum of space. you can't do something if you don't have the space for it. physics tend to get in the way.

maybe you could rent some storage space and keep your beer there? if you do, inquire about their climate control. some of those places get really hot in the summer.
