Hi everyone. I am having a hard time carbonating ginger ale in less than two weeks. Has anyone ever tried carbonating a corny keg of water and then adding syrup to the keg and then putting back on co2 for a day or two? Does anyone know if that would work and still have a good carbonation. I keep it on 30 psi for all of my sodas.

thanks!

If you can force carb beer, no reason you can't force carb soda. I would mix the soda before putting the gas on, though. If you pour syrup into a carbonated key it could foam up.
